Delivery Information

Pinball Magazine is shipped in batches: Incoming orders are NOT shipped the same day, but collected until the minimum required number of orders is reached. This way we are able to offer lower postal rates. When a new Issue is out there are multiple batches shipped out per month. After a few month usually one batch per month is scheduled.

Customers are responsible for providing correct address information. If you provide an incorrect address, or move in the mean time, Pinball Magazine is not responsible for your copy not arriving. If the sent order is returned as being not deliverable it can be shipped to the correct address, but additional postal costs will apply.
